Refund Policy

1. Donations and Contributions

All donations made to Paige of Hope, a Florida nonprofit organization, are final and non-refundable. Because donations are immediately used to support our mission of providing help, hope, guidance, and support to families of individuals with disabilities, we are unable to offer refunds once a contribution has been processed.

If a donation was made in error (for example, due to a duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), please contact us within seven (7) business days of the donation date. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, issue a refund or correction at our discretion.

2. Event Registrations or Program Fees

For events or programs hosted by Paige of Hope, refunds may be provided only if:

• The event is canceled by our organization, or

• A written cancellation request is received at least [X] days before the event date.

Administrative or processing fees may apply, and refund eligibility may vary by event. Any specific refund terms will be listed on the event registration page or materials.

3. Merchandise or Product Sales (if applicable)​

If your purchase involves merchandise or awareness items, we will accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
